Standard builds ship in 2 to 3 weeks. A working mockup is delivered within 3 days of kickoff.

What does a Blueprint website cost?

Builds start at $2,000 one-time. Half up front, half on launch. No retainers required.

Do you offer monthly retainers?

Optional. The Local SEO retainer is $300/mo for ongoing optimization and reporting.

Do you build e-commerce sites?

Yes. Custom React frontend with Shopify or Stripe checkout.

Do you only work with San Diego clients?

No. Most clients are local but Casey delivers across the US via Zoom.

Why hand-coded instead of an AI builder?

Hand-coded React ships at 95-100 Lighthouse. Supports nested JSON-LD, custom integrations, and the code is fully transferable.

What does AI-accelerated mean?

AI compresses a 6-week build to 2-3 weeks. Every line is human-reviewed. Design decisions are human-driven.

Privacy Policy

Blueprint Web Design ("Blueprint," "we," "us") is a sole-proprietor web design studio based in San Diego, California, owned and operated by Casey Elliott. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit blueprintdesign.org, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under California and other applicable privacy laws.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate this site and respond to project inquiries:

Information you give us — when you submit the intake form on /intake, you provide your name, email, business name, project type, budget range, and free-text notes. We use the third-party service Formspree to transport that submission to our email inbox.
Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically logs IP address, browser type, referring URL, and request timestamp for every page load. Vercel retains these logs per their privacy policy.

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any cross-context behavioral advertising tracker on this site. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not sell, share, or rent personal information.

2. How we use it

To respond to your intake submission and follow up about your project.
To maintain site security and prevent abuse (via Vercel server logs).
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers strictly necessary to run the site and contact you back:

Formspree — form submission delivery (privacy)
Vercel Inc. — hosting and CDN (privacy)
Google LLC — Google Workspace email (where your inquiry lands in our inbox)

We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.

4. Data retention

Intake form submissions are retained in our email inbox indefinitely so we can reference past projects. You can request deletion at any time (see §6).

5. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know — request what personal information we have collected about you.
Delete — request that we delete personal information we hold about you.
Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Opt-out of sale or sharing — not applicable, because we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
Non-discrimination — we will not deny services or charge different prices for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email casey@blueprintdesign.org with subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

6. Other US residents

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have substantially the same rights described above. Email us using the same address to exercise them.

7. International visitors (GDPR)

If you visit from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our lawful basis for processing your submission is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to potential customers. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content Security Policy, and frame-busting headers. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. We retain industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

10. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, post a notice on the homepage. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
